For policies and articles, you can also start discussions right from the page itself using the "Discuss this page" link at the bottom of the page. This will create threads in the correct forum category automatically.
As with everything, this is still brand new, so expect things to be a bit rough around the edges. For example, I notice that the live preview is very flickery as I type this. :P
