Proposal: Canonical language and translation tracking

What changes

Why

Without a reference version, translations drift apart and nobody can tell which one is right. Recording what each translation was made from also makes keeping translations current much cheaper: an agent reads one small change instead of the whole article in two languages.

How it works

Technical notes

The existing originalLanguage field becomes the canonical language. Write tools take an optional translatedFrom (language and revision), stored per language with the page so it is versioned like the text; reads report, for each translation, its source revision and how many edits of the canonical version came after it. This is the only part that stores new data.
