- The association has three organs: the general assembly (Mitgliederversammlung), the supervisory Präsidium, and the Vorstand. The general assembly is the highest organ and elects the Präsidium and four auditors. The Präsidium consists of a chair, a treasurer and up to five assessors, serves two-year terms, and appoints and supervises the Vorstand. The Vorstand consists of at least one person, works in a salaried capacity, and is appointed by the Präsidium for terms of up to five years; employees of the association may not be elected to the Präsidium.

Organe des Vereins sind: die Mitgliederversammlung, das Präsidium, der Vorstand. [...] Das Präsidium setzt sich wie folgt zusammen: ein*e Vorsitzende*r, ein*e Schatzmeister*in, bis zu fünf Beisitzer*innen [...] Die Amtszeit der gewählten Präsidiumsmitglieder beträgt zwei Jahre. [...] Der Vorstand ist hauptamtlich tätig. Seine Mitglieder werden vom Präsidium für eine Laufzeit von maximal fünf Jahren bestellt.
