Today’s Updates: New Citation Pages, Recent Citations, and ChatGPT Editing via OAuth
Citations are now first-class pages, Recent Citations is one click away, and OAuth unlocks verified editing via ChatGPT—now successfully demonstrated.
Today we landed a set of improvements across citations, MCP, and OAuth:
- Citations are now user-facing pages:
/citepages for individual citations plus a new “Recent Citations” view in/tool/recent-citations. - OAuth support is now required for editing via ChatGPT, and we’ve successfully demonstrated the end-to-end flow.
- OAuth defaults now use an 8-hour duration, and
.well-knownOAuth configuration is published for discovery. - MCP tool error handling was standardized with structured payloads and aggregated validation errors across wiki/citation/blog tools.
- MCP handlers now tolerate leading/trailing slug mismatches more gracefully, and citation formatting got a single-author period fix.
