Today's Update: Article quality warnings on wiki pages

Until now, readers had no at-a-glance signal about whether an article had ever been fact-checked — or whether open issues remained. Today's release adds two targeted warning banners that make article quality visible directly on the page.

When you landed on a wiki article, there was no signal about whether it had ever been reviewed — or whether a recent check had flagged serious problems. Today's release makes both of those states visible at a glance.

What shipped

Both banners apply to all standard wiki article pages. They do not appear on meta or tool pages.
