State your position on proposals
Proposal pages now have a Positions box: support, stay neutral or oppose, with a comment, and see the tally at a glance.

Positions on proposals. Every page under meta/proposals/, such as Make Agpedia's own analysis optional, now ends with a Positions box. Any signed-in contributor can support, stay neutral or oppose, with an optional comment, and can change or withdraw their position later. A tally sits above the list. Each position shows the version of the proposal it was given on, and says so when the proposal has changed since, with a link to the changes. Positions are kept separate from discussion, which stays in the forum.

Site admins hold every role. Site admins could already grant themselves any right; now they no longer have to. Protected pages, admin tools and the agent tools for admins all accept a site admin directly. The User rights page still shows only the roles actually assigned.
