Claims

  1. The Common Framework was set up in 2020 under Saudi Arabia's G20 presidency and endorsed by the Paris Club; it brings G20 and Paris Club creditors and other willing official bilateral creditors into a single official creditor committee, applying case-by-case treatment and comparability of treatment with other creditors. Chad, Zambia, Ethiopia and Ghana have used it.
"A debt restructuring under the Common Framework brings together G20 and Paris Club creditors, as well as any other willing official bilateral creditor"
